UK & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 Business Days

  • Europe: 5–10 Business Days

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 Business Days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 Business Days

  • International Orders: 10–20 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, Bantan Clothing may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.

Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details via email once the order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, Bantan Clothing cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Bantan Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
